No pets are allowed on the premises at any time without prior approval from the community manager and a signed pet addendum. The only types of pets that are allowed without management approval are fish and birds.

Assistance animals are not considered pets and are allowed. However, all animal owners, whether of Assistant Animals or household pets, must agree to comply with the Pet/Assistant Animals policies. Gateway Place Apartments reserves the right to refuse certain dog breeds based on their reputation for being vicious (includes Chows, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, Pitt Bulls, etc.).
